Terms & Conditions of customer

  1. Customer is not supposed to have any kind of miss conduct with company’s Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel.
  2. Once the customer books the order(s), he/she agrees to abide company’s order cancellation policy.
  3. With the order confirmation Messages/Mail, Company circulates the Unique Security Code (USC) to enable the customer to identify the authenticity of Service Provider(s) and/or His/her/ their personnel. Customer will ask this Unique Security Code (USC) before allowing the Service Provider(s) or his/her personnel house. It is customer’s responsibility/ duty to retain and maintain the messages/ email containing this Unique Security Code (USC).
  4. After completion of task, Customer will pay the total amount if he/she not paid online to the Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel. Fractional payment is not allowed. Customer can’t deny paying the actual billed amount in total as per the order details booked by him/her.
  5. Customer shall not establish any direct/ indirect contact with Company’ Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel for future references.
  6. It is customer’s responsibility to ask Service Provider(s) and/ or his/her/ their personnel for the original bill.
  7. Customer will arrange the consumables and other things which are required to execute the task except the tooling and machineries of the Service Provider(s) and/or his/her personnel.
  8. If Service provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel behavior is or seems to be unprofessional then, it is customer’s responsibility to inform the Company immediately about the same. He/she is not supposed to cause any harm/abuse/injury to the Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel.
  9. If Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel try to establish any direct/ indirect contact with customer, it is customer’s duty to inform the Company about the same immediately.
  10. Customer will not ask for any contact details or visiting card from Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel.
  11. Customer will be immediately blocked from using Company Services and will be liable for legal proceedings if he/she violate any of the guidelines stated in this document.
  12. Customer will respect/ protect all human rights of all Service Provider(s) and/or his/her/ their personnel and will treat him/ her as an independent human being citizen.
  13. Customer will not provide any kind of intoxication to Service Provider(s) and/ or his/ her/ their personnel before, during and after completion of task.
  14. Customer will not ask/ force the Service Provider(s) or his/ her/ their personnel to perform any additional work except the booked task.
  15. Customer confirms that he/ she has provided the correct information about his/ her in my Account Section at Company’s Portal.
  16. Once the task started/ completed, amount paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  17. If Service Provider(s) and/ or his/ her/ their personnel forget his/ her tooling/ machineries at customer’s site, Customer will retain them until they are not collected back.
  18. Every Customer will be provided three free visits of Service provider(s) and/ or his/ her/ their personnel in a year. After that, he/ she have to pay minimum visiting charges as per Company’s cancellation Policy.
  19. Company’s portal also assists its Customers as a technical advisor. Company believes that it doesn’t advise customers any biased opinion to its customers. However, it is customer’s responsibility to cross check and judge the Company’s opinion at their own.
  20. Company takes the service aspect in its account only and is responsible for the billing of services only. If any consumable(s) is used during the service execution, that will be billed by the Service Provider(s) and/ or his/ her/ their personnel, not by the Company.
